Ow Ji Jim, Managing and Founding Partner of Jim Neoh & Ik, graduated with an LL.B (Hons) from Multimedia University and was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 2016. He specialises in conveyancing and holds rare expertise in mining contractual frameworks, advising clients across Malaysia and abroad. With strong experience in business development and cross-border ventures, particularly with China, he continues to lead the firm with vision and innovation.
Vincent Neoh Boon Hee

Vincent Neoh, Partner at Jim Neoh & Ik, earned his LL.B (Hons) from Multimedia University and was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 2016. He leads the Corporate and Commercial Division, specialising in M&A, restructuring, regulatory compliance, and cross-border transactions. With prior in-house counsel experience, he combines legal precision with business insight, advising clients across industries from tech to real estate.

Christopher Ik, Head of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Division, graduated from Multimedia University and was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 2016. He brings extensive courtroom experience and expertise in commercial, civil, and real estate disputes, including insolvency, shareholder matters, and arbitration. Respected for his sharp strategy and advocacy, he has represented clients in high-profile disputes involving developers and public authorities.

Vivian, an Oxford Brookes University law graduate with a CLP in Malaysia, was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor in 2024. She focuses on conveyancing and corporate law, handling corporate transactions, shareholder disputes, and property matters. Her practice also extends to advising international investors from China and Singapore in real estate and banking transactions.
